Background checks are performed on all CHAMP employees. CHAMP does not use independent contractors.

GPS tracking systems are located in all employees vehicles so that we can track and verify any visit to your home.

All Client keys are coded for secure identification. At no time will an address be associated with a specific key. Keys are kept in a securely locked location.

If you have work that needs to be done to your home while you are away, or if you have a delivery set up and can't be at your home, we will be there to complete the task.
