• $48 per month includes bi-weekly CHAMP Homewatch TEN POINT CHECKLIST of premises.
• One additional visit per month following a major storm or event.
• Email or phone call update to customer each visit.
• Randomly change visit dates and times to premises.
• Respond to police and emergency services action at your home when notified.
  

Tier 2 Services:

• $92 per month includes weekly CHAMP Homewatch TEN POINT CHECKLIST of premises.
• One additional visit per month following a major storm or event.
• Email or phone call update to customer each visit.
• Randomly change visit dates and times to premises.
• Respond to police and emergency services action at your home when notified.

Tier 3 Services - My Services

• Customize more or less visits to your home
• For full time residents, customize visits while away from your home.

• Cost estimate of any work you request to be done.

Tier 4 Services - Rental Homes and Commercial Companies

Additional Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 Services at no charge

• Contact Emergency Services in case of a break-in, fire, or other emergency.
• Photos of any damage to home or property.
• Cost estimate to repair damage.
• On-site review of repair work in progress.
• Photos and report once work is completed.
• Cost estimate of any work you request to be done.
• Customization of the CHAMP Homewatch TEN POINT CHECKLIST for any specific needs you may have.

Extended Services

• $20 per visit for any additional visit to home
• $20 per visit/ $20 per hour for extended time at house (as an example, if you order a new refrigerator or other large items that will be delivered to your house while you are away, we will meet the delivery at your house, stay at home until delivery is installed and completed, and lock up.
• $30 per visit/$20 per hour to respond if client's home security system is tripped.
